Ownership of Software:
SQLite Compare, comprising software, data and documentation ("the software") is licensed to you by Green Pine Software Ltd. for use only under the terms of this license. Green Pine Software Ltd. retains title to SQLite Compare and reserves any rights not expressly granted to you. Any copies of SQLite Compare which this license authorizes you to make are subject to this license.

License:
The software is given free of charge (freeware).

License restrictions:
SQLite Compare may not be sold, rented, loaned, transferred or sub-licensed for profit.

Termination of License:
This license will be terminated by Green Pine Software Ltd. if you breach these license terms. Upon any termination of this license, you must destroy your copy of SQLite Compare.

Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Green Pine Software Ltd. excludes all warranties and representations relating to SQLite Compare .

Nothing in these terms will exclude, restrict or modify any condition, warranty, right or remedy implied or imposed by statute or regulation to the extent that it cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted or modified. If any condition or warranty is implied, into this license under a statute or regulation and cannot be excluded, the liability of Green Pine Software Ltd. for a breach of the condition or warranty will be limited to the replacement of the product, or a refund of the purchase price at the option of Green Pine Software Ltd.

Except to that extent, Green Pine Software Ltd. will not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage) however caused, which may be suffered, or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the use of , or inability to use, SQLite Compare.
